About Krea 2
Krea 2 is a text-to-image diffusion transformer from Krea.ai, released on June 22, 2026 as open weights in two checkpoints: Raw, the base model, and Turbo, post-trained and distilled for fast sampling. It reads plain-language prompts, which is why every example below is a full sentence.

How to prompt Krea 2
Krea 2 reads sentences, not tag lists. The images on this page all came from prompts built the same way.
- Lead with the shot type.
A candid photo of…orA fashion editorial portrait of…sets the style before any detail. - Give the person an adult age and a look.

- Say what is there, never what isn't. At CFG 1 a negative prompt is ignored, and a phrase like “no people in the background” can add people. Write “an empty street” instead.
- One subject, one sentence. Long lists of unrelated details get merged. Split them into clauses.
- Re-roll before rewriting. Turbo is fast: try three seeds before you change the prompt.

Can I use Krea 2 online for free?
Yes. The Quick Generate tile runs Krea 2 Turbo for free: 10 images a day with no account, 50 a day with a free account. After 250 lifetime free renders the free allowance becomes 15 a day, unless you have bought credits. Free renders carry a small sirenrender.com watermark.
Which Krea 2 checkpoint is this?
Krea 2 Turbo in FP8, with the Qwen3-VL 4B text encoder and the Qwen-Image VAE: 8 steps at CFG 1, a 960×1536 portrait render, then a 4× UltraSharp upscale. A render takes about half a minute.
What is the difference between Krea 2 Raw and Krea 2 Turbo?
Per Krea's model card, Raw is the base release checkpoint before post-training, and Turbo is post-trained with extra fine-tuning and distillation so it renders in a few steps. SirenRender runs Turbo.
Why does a negative prompt do nothing?
Krea 2 Turbo runs at CFG 1, where negative conditioning has no effect. Describe what the frame contains. Writing “no hats” tends to add a hat.
Can Krea 2 make NSFW images here?
Krea 2 is a general-purpose model. SirenRender's 18+ tiles, Nudity & Sex and Realistic Couples, run Krea 2 with adult LoRAs for fictional adults. Sexual content involving minors is blocked, and sexual images of real people without their consent are not allowed.
How do I get a bigger, watermark-free image?
Quick Generate HD (1 credit) renders the same engine at a higher resolution with no watermark. Krea 2 · 2K (2 credits) renders 1536×2048 and upscales to 6144×8192. A free account starts with 2 credits.
Is SirenRender affiliated with Krea?
No. Krea 2 is made by Krea.ai, Inc. and released under the Krea 2 Community License. SirenRender hosts the open weights on its own GPUs and runs its own content filters.
