All visual content available on or produced by sirenrender.com (the “Service”, formerly create.dabber.life) is synthesized by computer (AI diffusion models) from user-supplied text prompts. The Service does not photograph, film, record, host, or distribute depictions of real human performers engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.
Because no visual depiction produced by the Service constitutes a depiction of “actual sexually explicit conduct” involving real persons within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2256–2257A, the operator of the Service is not a “producer” of such material, and the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to content generated by the Service.
The Terms of Service require that any person depicted in or implied by a prompt be a fictional adult (18+). Automated and manual safeguards block prompts that attempt to depict minors, and violations are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
The image-edit feature accepts user-uploaded source images. Users represent that they hold all necessary rights and consents for anything they upload. The Service prohibits and technically blocks edit instructions that would render an uploaded, potentially real person nude or sexually explicit; permitted edits are limited to non-sexualizing modifications (clothing changes, background, lighting, pose, and similar). The Service therefore does not produce sexually explicit depictions of real, identifiable persons. Uploads are also screened by automated nudity detection. Uploaded source images are used only to run the requested edit — they are never republished, made browsable to other users, or used to train models — and they are subject to scheduled retention deletion and removed on request.
If you believe an image of you appears on the Service without your consent, use the content-removal process — nonconsensual intimate imagery is removed within 48 hours of a valid request.
