Content Removal & Reporting

This page explains, in plain language, how to get content removed from sirenrender.com (the “Service”, formerly create.dabber.life). There are three tracks: intimate images of you posted without your consent, copyright (DMCA), and everything else.

1. Intimate images shared without consent (NCII)

If the Service hosts an intimate or sexually explicit image that depicts you (or someone you are authorized to act for, including your child) and it was created or shared without consent — including AI-generated “deepfake” imagery — we will remove it. This process implements the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act (Pub. L. 119-12).

How to request removal

Email abuse@sirenrender.com with the subject line NCII Removal Request and include:

1. Identification of the image and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it — a share link, image URL, screenshot, or the approximate date/time it was generated. If you don't have a link, describe what you know and we will search for it.
2. A statement that you are the person depicted (or are authorized to act on their behalf — e.g., a parent or guardian).
3. A good-faith statement that the intimate depiction was created or published without consent.
4. Your contact information (email is sufficient) so we can confirm removal.
5. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is sufficient).

What we will do

• Remove the content as soon as possible and in any case within 48 hours of receiving a valid request.
• Make reasonable efforts to identify and remove any known identical copies, including cached and thumbnail copies.
• Ban the account or visitor that created the content, and preserve incident records for law enforcement.
• Confirm completion to your contact address.

You do not need to prove anything beyond the statements above, removal is free, and we do not require ID documents to process an NCII request. We act in good faith on facially valid requests and incur no liability for good-faith removals.

2. Copyright infringement (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@sirenrender.com including:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail to locate it (URL, share link, prompt ID, timestamp).
3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We respond to valid notices by removing or disabling access to the material. A user who believes material was removed in error may send a counter-notice with the elements described in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Knowingly false claims may create liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

3. Everything else

• Harassment, impersonation, defamation, or other abuse: abuse@sirenrender.com — describe the content and where you saw it.
• Likeness misuse (a realistic image of you used without consent that is not intimate — e.g., fake endorsements): same address; we treat verified likeness complaints from the depicted person as removable abuse.

All reports are read by a human. Reports are confidential; we do not share your identity with the reported user.
